The participants will learn the following interviewing; screening; preparing the Family Mediation Agreement; opening a mediation; facilitating storytelling; questioning; listening; agenda formation; preparing a Progress Report or Notes; facilitating problem-solving; overcoming impasse; and preparing Settlement Documents. All of these skills will be learned in the context of mediating parenting, child support, spousal support, and property disputes.
